FAQ
Do I have to use your backdrops?
No! While we offer a curated selection of backdrops, you’re more than welcome to use your own or coordinate with your venue’s existing décor. We’re happy to blend seamlessly into your vision.
Will there be someone there to assist?
Yes, one of our attendants will be on-site for the duration of your rental to help guests and keep everything running smoothly.
How long does setup take?
We typically arrive 1 hour before your event to ensure everything is fully set up and ready to go without interrupting your timeline.
If you would prefer everything to be fully set and ready before your event officially begins, we do offer early setup for an additional fee.
When do I choose my photo template/home screen design?
About a month before your event, we’ll send over a quick questionnaire to learn more about your style, theme, and preferences. From there, we’ll create and send preview options for you to choose from.
